Orders received before noon IST (Indian Standard Time) usually ship out the same business day. Orders received after this time generally leave the next business day.
SHIPPING METHOD
We ground ship primarily with FedEx but also use FedEx Overnight for Express shipment within India. Transit time is 2-7 days. Once your order ships, tracking number will be emailed to you.
Certain pin codes lying in remote areas may be sent through Speed Post or other available postal service in that particular Pin Code. Details regarding will be informed to you via e-mail.
Currently we do not ship outside India.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping is free on all orders above INR 1000 otherwise an amount of INR 50/- is added to the final cart amount.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Cancelling your order is easy. Just send us your order details to contact@teaexplore.com and we’ll cancel your order promptly. However, once the order is dispatched no cancellations will be accepted.
